What’s the best thing about your job? Working with a passionate, driven team of people every day!
What would you do in a normal day at work? Check emails and respond; liaise, communicate and brief agencies, suppliers and internal team members (i.e./ Graphic Design, Research & Development, Sales etc)
What’s your favourite piece of clothing? My little black dress (Marcs design)
What’s your favourite accessory? I have two…my wedding ring & Tiffany & Co necklace.
What’s the most expensive piece of clothing you’ve ever bought? My wedding dress!
What’s your worst fashion Faux Pas? Tie die T-shirts … eek! But apparently they are back in fashion again??

What do you love most about the world of fashion? The diversity in style, trends and originality.
Any tips for a budding brand manager? Organisational skills are key, being a people person (friendly with relationship skills) and thinking creatively.
What’s your favourite designer? Collette Dinnigan. Her designs are elegant, feminine and stylish.
When and why did you decide to work in the Health and Beuaty industry? Today, I am the Brand Manager for Nad’s ( the company which my mother, Sue Ismiel founded back in 1992)!
My mother was determined to help me with my young sensitive skin, but unable to find a suitable product which was gentle, natural and effective, She created her own hair removal product from ingredients found in our own kitchen and Nad’s was born.
What do you think about Australian women’s style and their fashion sense? Australian women seem to have a relaxed sense of style, yet with a cutting edge and contemporary design.
Do you follow the fashion trends every season? Is it important to your job? I think I have my own style, I like to mix it up… a little conservative for work but modern and stylish wear when I go out.
