Congratulations to Ellie Wesseling, 3rd Year Fashion Design student who has taken out second prize in the Tessuti Awards ‘Smart Day/Evening Wear’ category. Ellie’s outfit was a unique sequin and lace jumpsuit, in black, silver and royal blue.

“The design, fabrication, pattern-making and construction of this complex garment places Ellie as ‘one to watch’ as she graduates from our course in February next year. ” says Academic Coordinator, Melissa Laird.

The Tessuti Awards are an annual event and are open to Tessuti customers, both young and old, male and female, fashion students and natural-born-sewers alike.
